Player and Skill history

hey all . i thought about new suggestion about players ..

when we want to buy a player and if we want to know if they are fast trainer or no, in player's page we will see this ..
for example my striker is fast trainer and he reaches skill every week, it will be added to history page of the player . and if his rating was 5-4-5-4-5-4-5 every game . he will lose one star .. as this photo : how's it
