Improving achievements

Like 2 years ago or more when I contacted Nordeus to add achievements my idea was a bit different and I think there should be some improvements.

The reason I suggested achievements is because I really liked this feature in World of Warcraft and I wanted this in Top11 too!

First, I think each achievement should have a number of points, exactly like in WoW.

Second, I would really like that some hard achievements to be rewarded with unique items in-game and the only way to get the items to be from unlocking achievements. It's same in WoW, some special achievements can bring you some cool things.

For exemple: Undefeated – Win the league without losing a game

Each winner of this achievement should get an emblem, it can be even the emblem from the achievement picture.


I'm not saying that all these achievements should be rewarded but some are very hard and users should get something from here.
It will also be a win-win because players will try harder to get these special achievements.

I agree for rewards for achievements. This is how it should be; any good achievement should be rewarded.

The achievements are and always have been poorly designed. Quite a few do not invoke a sense of achievement. Most are too easily achieved and stop.

The bad ones eg cards & spitting, are so easily achieved that it makes you feel that they are contrived to provide you with the achievement early......and then the you suffer the ongoing punishment.

I do want visibility for achievements and the current Achievements tab doesn't do it for me.
I'd prefer to see indicators too, next to team name (or somewhere prominent) for significant achievements eg stars on jerseys, icons around emblems or the like. Highly visible, in your face:p and not tucked away only for those who might look and not restricted to single use emblems.

I mean Win 350 games, 200 Fair Play, 1000 goals, Buy and Sell......not much to aim for.

I feel the same about Club Hall of Fame....

Hey Buff, somehow my idea is connected with your, by getting unique items from achievements you will get what you want, some "visibility" but some indicators next to jerseys or emblem I think won't be on Nordeus taste because is quite hard to find a place for them.

I know is not exactly what you are looking for but I guess is a progress even from your opinion :D

Yeah although I don't see a big problem with 3,4 or whatever icons between team name and emblem for my own screen, below my profile or emblem or wherever on the Club Overview screen and Match Overview screen etc.

I'm fine with emblems for more routine achievements but if I get 5 Triple Crowns or 10 seasons unbeaten I want both 'in your face' and not down to a "Which Emblem should I use today?" ;) Because I want my Club emblem (personal choice).

And ofc more progression through multiple levels.

Any way I think you know what I mean. ;)

in my opinion if only I can see them they are not worth much. then its just history.

on the other hand if my opponent could see, wauw unbeaten, then it would be more fun. Topscorer etc. this could IMO boost the pressure on opponent an give some more interesting comparison. As it is now you can't see much except skills and results.

Achievements IMO should be visual to all and more relevant to your management. IMO spitting or 50+ rounds in auction is not an achievement but just stupid.

I'm for! New stuffs for hard working, why not?
