U-21 player positions

I think it's a good idea to have an impact for the training of players that come from your youth training.
Now it is that you have to wait (several weeks) at which position they will play and often you get the new players at positions that are already filled completely (they are almost undesirable in this case).

The train to the correct position after they are added to your team takes too much time to profitability.

There are 2 players from your youth training. It would be nice if at least one of them already on the right, for you desired position, can start playing.

With this option you make creating new players a huge value i think.

At least defence, midfield or forward, I think. But if you ask for defence or midfield, you can still get some mixture, like a DC/DMC.

Yes, even when you can choose between those three (Def, Mid, St) positions, it would be a huge improvement.
