Token return on loosing a bidding war for a player

The auction system should be improved. My idea would be paid 1 Token to earn the right to enter the auction, then would let you time to make an offer for the player (for example 10 tokens) if anyone surpasses the offer you would win that player for 11 tokens, if someone surpass bid before the time end you could up your bid. If you dont finally win that player would lose only 1 token.
