So we have a Champions League format why not implement a Europa League format as well for those who do not qualify for Champions League? Don't have to call it Europa League but make something similar.

totally agree. CL should be only for the first 2 ranks. EL for 3 -4. They can keep the style and format just use different name and different trophy.
