Yes - base the cup, champ league and league draw on the quality at the end of week three. That would:
1 Make it less beneficial to sell your best players to lower the teams quality.
2 Make the transfer market more interesting in week 4.

I like this suggestion. I dont want to decide if I should keep a player or sell him to get benefits next season.
