Tasking the scout

Currently the scout just delivers a random selection of players from various positions. it would be very useful if the scout could be tasked to find candidates for a particular position or positions and within a set age range.

Hey Ian, I really support your idea and I understand you. This season at the start I only "stupid" players at the AH, players I didn't need at all which was super weird because you want to spend tokens but you can't because you don't have on what.
