I think it would be good if transfer market would be once in season only or twice like in real football. It would be good if managers whose wants to sell player could choose best offer from other managers (like negotiations but all tokens and cash go to seller) :)
Negotiations at transferarket, bidding of you want to buy any player from head-hunter.
And of course loans.
