The thing is simple, we are inside a group of 100 players, the 1st obtain 10 blues but, I think that every season the winners can have a "temporally right" to wear a jersey as winners so, everybody can see during next 30 days that in their leagues/cup/cl they have a member of a winner association.
I think that temporally awards can be nice as will be something for what to fight, not a pay and save it in the club for a -not use- :P
How about something that would be visible on first sight, like a medal that is pinned in the corner of the club crest...
...such as that on the left... :)
I agree with the idea of the jersey.
Also the jersey could write something relative
for example the number of the Association tournament (the one that past is no1, the next one, this week end is no2)
