Cancel Sub Button

So, today i was playing a guy and had already done 2 substitutions. I selected the third change and saved, but 2 minutes later another player I had just got injured. The thing is that due to the substitution delay, my third player hadn't even come onto the pitch yet. My suggestion is that we can call off a substitution that still didn't happen even if we have already saved the changes in our team.

72': I programmed the third substitution.
74': My player got injured
78': The third player went into the pitch
