Chat between manager

I was wondering that we could chat to all of our friends in TE so we could do much like offering them to join our association.
Could it possibly happen in real?

Truly, being able to chat with other managers outside of your F.A. could be a nice addition to the game. At the same time tho a free chat could make place for violence and abuse between the managers. How do you think we can prevent such situations?

Use facebook if you want to chat.. There is no need for it in the game.
As Voldara points out any in game "chat" is open for abuse & the biggest problem is language
