I will suggest have some levels for our 2nd manager and for example,, paying him (T's??? or cash? like a win bonus) he can tell us the last matches orders used by our oppos so he can suggest us "good advices" for our next matches, or basically we can trace a better strategy if we know the oppo's usual orders.
