1) Well, football itself isn't fair.
Why someone would spend token to build a 7* team if every one else in his league has also 7* ?

2) A good, active manager can gather
35 tokens from the daily contract
35 from daily sponsor
30-50 from an associations group
5-10 tokens from those latest contests
10 (or more) tokens from players of negotiations list

How more accessible could be ?
