Associations - Prevent manipulation and increase it's interest

I was checking out the top 100 and I found incredible see there 2* associations that manipulate the draws..... really I think that the feature should be more serious with these cases ant find the way to minimize the effects of this practice that envelop a multiaccount theme behind.

There are many ways, don't allow to leave the teams that joined 1 day before make the draws till the tournament is finished and I think so interesting face between them too, the teams that are inside the top 100 at least the last round of the season so, this will convert this competition in a high quality event.

Yes, I think that the last day the top 4 should face each other.
