Does anyone else find that supporting others becomes pointless? Once you get past the manager achievement, for supporting someone all you get is your inbox spammed with thanks. You should get some sort of reward.

For example is you support 10 people in one day you get 1 rest, or something like that. This would give people a reason to support and get more people online and playing top 11.
