Potential Rating in Players

(This simply wouldn't work with the new negotiation system, but I just want to get it out there)

Players should all have a potential rating. It would specify the highest league level that the player could play in.
If there was a low star 18 yr old, you wouldn't normally buy it, unless you power train it.

It would encourage people to buy lower star players with a high potential.

Training 5* 18 yr old players to a high star level in about 2 - 3 seasons is too easy, and we never see this in real life.
A team that has age average of 19-23 isn't that realistic either.

A potential of a player depends on:
*playing time / form
*training facilities (if the training facility level is low, it would be harder to grow high-potential players)
*youth facilities (if the youth level is low, it would take more time to develop a player and bring up good potential players)

We could also talk about the inexperience that young players have, and how managers use more experienced players, but
it would be a little too realistic.

This would make youth academy players worthwhile.
Almost every soccer sim game has this, and I hope it will be implemented in the future.

Although a sound idea in principle, you have to think from the point of view of Nordeus.
They don't want us to keep players for 10 to 15 seasons. They want us to spend tokens to buy and train players. When the cost to us in rests to continue to train these players becomes uneconomical to us we will of course sell them to buy others. This point of high cost (in rests) for low gains (in skill points) happens to players at about the age of 23. So by buying an 18 year old we can expect 5-6 seasons before we will need to replace him. If we were able to maintain a high level for longer we won't be spending tokens, and that means Nordeus aren't making money.
It's kind of unrealistic when compared to real football, having teams full of players from 18-23 years old. But the game has to make money for Nordeus in order for it to survive.
If you want to keep your players for 10 years or more you have to buy tokens to exchange for rests to keep on training. The older the player the more rest/tokens needed = more money for Nordeus.
It works. They have to keep us using tokens.

Yes, but it is isn't enjoyable. I want players to be unique, I want players to grow differently from others, and the limit they could play at.
There should a limit of training each day.

This is a very complicated subject, I don't think Nordeus can serve that many details.
