It would be good if we could set up training runs for when we are not around. You could limit it to one a day if you wanted to but it would mean we don't waste our rest 6% increase.

I'm so agree with this... maybe is not so bad, to add an option to a saved training combination called maybe "PTS" -programmed training session-,,, as if it is a friendly match... so select and set up the training at any hour...
Maybe is a technical option too, to add different teams/formations for when we don't attend and we wanna play with the subs... so like "set a formation change for 1 match" and options to choose.... maybe something like this can break the limitations that we have right now, all is to see what's more easy to suggest to be implemented, but the idea to set up trainings or different actions can make the difference, and of course make things more easy. :o
