Player Instructions

I briefly said this in a general post about the new update.

Basically, I want more freedom in tactics other than fluid formations.
I want to individually instruct my players to do things that aren't covered by the general team tactics.

If my winger wasn't so good at crosses, I would probably want the player to cut inside and take a shot for himself.
If I wanted more stability in my midfield, I could instruct them to stay back while attacking. (arrows are kind of different, they kind of hold in that position)

This would make each manager's tactic unique and distinct from others.

I think the general team tactics should also change, where I could specifically instruct my whole team to do famous styles of play. (tikitaka)
