You can't modify or add your own logo or shirts in this game that has always been the rule. Different club emblems and shirts have been exclusive only for a period of time this is why it is so hard to get them and a lot of people have complained about the club shop being dead. The thing is TE needs to pay for rights to use and sell the clubs shirt or emblems. Hope my answer helps.

I think the city team relationship will bring a nice atmosphere to the game. It could be a player choice. The game was very good at first release. It is now behind other games.
