Programm all the Academies and Scouts as Fast Trainers

Since we have no Nordgens the market is really boring...

I think is fair, knowing that a player can be internally bad or well programmed, despite all, give the quality of fast trainers to the whole amount of players that are in these 2 lists and that have a higher price than the generated market players.

So yes, I think that the academy should be of payment like now, but a source of fast trainers.
