Force advancement for high quality teams

The tactic to manipulate The League results by using ****-Settings should be stopped.

It
- is unfair for teams in The cup
- manipulates The Association ratings
- Makes Management skills less important


So my idea is to let every team with 120% or more level up so they lose the normal 20%.

Of Course there are many other opportunities but Something should definitely be done.

just being skilled is Not worth anything anymore.
