i think the overall quality should be the whole team.11+7+...
not only starting eleven or 14.

I have 5-6 1* players which I never use. So those give a fake overall quality.

We have two options.
One is from the program, which could have the started 11 and the other is from overview of a player - which could have the top14 q players (for his level).
