Display quality

I want some simple things

When I see my next game, to have the quality of the started eleven players (the same when I go to team's schedule, to see the next games with started eleven).
When I go to overview of a manager, to see the quality with best 11 or 14. Don't mind.
When I go to associations, to see the groups with the best 11 or 14 (whatever number of players is that counts for asso draws).

When I go to see the quality of a friend or any players of the game, to see it from his view, his current LV and not from my view - as a full 9* team if he is from above levels or as 1* if he is from lower levels.

If someone has players below 1* , to have the (-) symbol, if it's above 9*, to have the (+) symbol would be nice too.

Is it so difficult ?
