In my opinion, it sounds awesome and might be a good addition to the game. And I see your point, especially about older players being underrated ( while in real life right now the majority of most wanted players today are not 18 year olds' ).

If that happen then player 27 and above we buy in the TM should required less training. They are already a star in real life football.
I support your idea. We dont really have to powertrain our 18-19 yo.
