Association authority problem

Dear admins and users,

Several times I've faced with the problem that captains of the associations are very passive. They rarely enters the game and bonus wheel always indicates zero percentage. However, it is impossible to kick them from the association.

What do you think if game provides function which allows team members to kick captain via voting?
If all the association members will vote FOR kicking the captain he will be automatically removed, and VC will be assigned as captain (if no VC are chosen, the manager who entered the association earlier then other will be chosen as captain)

If it's proven that the captain abandoned his team, then a vice captain can ask from support to remove him from leadership.
If he is just not active or competitive, then you can leave this group and join some other.
Active managers are always welcome .

lol and I waited 1 whole year for the original captain and then the VC to be removed because they were inactive. The second guy was worse because he did log in from time to time and prolonged the life of his dying 3 star team.
