Is like a national teams convocation to play something important. (as it is win 100T).

I think that a way is not be able to use any new player you bought after the asso draw.
It can be easier in the technical part I believe.

This is the point dont allow these potato associations that are with 1 and 3*'s new accounts staying in da top 100 just by reselling players and abusing of multi accounting.

Things will change after this if it's implemented.

It resembles the Champions League rule in real life where a team selects a certain number of players no matter how many they have in their rooster.

Totally agree, great idea. Helps to stop manipulations and has even parallels to rl football.

Exactly, once the teams start playing the CL they can not buy players from other teams that are doing better to be used.
Fair, legit, realistic, and ends with mostly of the potato tricks.
This is for now the best manner to have fair tournaments of Quality.
So is a clear improvement of what he have right now.
