I think that the time has come to introduce a new training system with drills that
1- generate skills
2- fair and cannot be abused
3- target the position of each player
the current system of training become
1- boring
2- inefficient - doesn't generate a fair amount of skills comparing to before
3- drills don't target all the attributes of each position in fair amount
Agree. What we have now is boring and not worth the effort.
It seems to me the 18 year old fast trainer is as slow as the rest of the squad when it comes to training now. Yawn.
Also to improve your player with personal training you nedd hundred of tokens per star where you can buy one with an added star for less than 100
just make training more simple.sometimes too much is not needed,
Training young players is costing a lot more rests. I am wondering if Nordeus is trying to sell more players on the auction list. Afraid now to spend a lot of tokens in the auction round for an 18 year old who should be a fast trainer, only to have use far more rests to get a SA and one or two extra stars.
