Tactics and players

You could add more options in tactics like: more versatile build up play options(tiki taka etc..also could create own) and also it would be interesting that manager could create his own set piece tactics.

Also manager could set instructions on just selected players how to behave on pitch.
Players could have more personality like have traits(aggressive, selfish, dribbler or something like that)

Nice idea. However the game engine cannot cope with the simple basics it already has. Therefore not sure how it would cope with adding complexities
