They are a very huge club in terms of finance, I think these type of clubs requires a lot of licensing fees. I think the club's finances and status depends...

Despite he is a Chelsea manager (and I'm a Chelsea fan), I think Mourinho got signed a contract when he was managing Real Madrid, so Chelsea is not included in the license since it is a contract for just one people only...
