New draw system for Association matches

Hi guys,

The problem is that tankers for example in the top100 of the association games. always have easy wins..

Almost as I can see with 36-0 or something close to that so they draw very weak teams my feeling.....

So I figured out a new draw system for the Association....

1) the draw should be done looking ONLY to the points the Association has... NOT to the members (so cheating is more difficult).....

2) We need 4 Asso for a weekend draw right so....

- the Top 80 in points are drawing together just random NOT looking to the members...
- Next 80 again ... so #81 - #160 the draw together again just random....


So the best associations play against eachother ... so no more easy wins always like 36-0 etc...

Makes it also more interesting and fair......

And also no more use for tanking.....
