Removal Of Bookings via Morale Points

Since the game thinks its plausible to heal a player with a broken leg by using treatment points or helping an exhausted player gain condition through rest packs why not remove bookings by morale points?

3 Morale points to remove a one match ban
5 Morale points to remove 2 match bans

Umm ...no. The packs work fine as they are now.
