Team sheets, formations, pricing, training and AOB
We should be able to have at least different presaved formations and lineups to be able to quickly switch between them during preparation for a game and during the matches.
This will make it easier and simpler.
Each player should also have individual roles, e.g. Free role, or you man mark but everyone does zonal, or a specific player can be told to defend while everyone rushes forward. During in game yiu can also change this so specific people can be told to shoot on sight or to pass to a specific person or part of the pitch.
I can see price ticket control, but what about pricing for the merchandise, food, parking, using the medical centre as a community hub or joining the youth academy?
Training schedules should also be available so you can run routine training, and specific individual or group training quickly and simply rather than adding the drills individually everytime. You could also set timers that auto-train the training sessions.
You should be able to get rewards for every achievement, i recently got bully but got nothing for it apart from confetti on the screen.
You should be able to direct the scout to look for particular quality/skill/role so the auctions or recommended players are more relevant.
You should also be able to have more than one sponsor, in reality a team could have several, a shirts front, back or sleeve as well as advertising boards around the stadium and its grounds: we should be able to sell each board for something. Could you also get sponsorship from manufacturers for star players in the league?
