Retirement age
One at 32, the other at 33
Well, this is little silly.
First of all, no player stops playing football at 32 unless he has some health- old injuries problems.
Second, TE is a managerial game so must have some fixed rules.
So to know that all players retire at 34 and some of them can extend for one year

I’ve long said that Managers should be able to extend contracts to 36/37 years old for a few tokens maybe. 40 years old for a GK.

the majority of gamers dont keep a player at so old age so firstly lets increase the usefullness of old players..

Retirement age
I beg to differ. Many players would happily pay a few tokens to extend the contract of a legendary player. But I do agree with the second part of your comment as players shouldn’t be washed up at 21+.

But I must disagree. Many athletes would gladly fork over some tokens to see a legendary player's contract extended. However, I agree with the second half of your comment, as players shouldn't be considered finished at the age of 21 and up. basketball stars

I agree, let's make this game really realistic please, but you know that a player that is older should have after say 30 years of age which is still very young in real football, a new skill called experience bonus, which should make up for the age differential, sure younger player may run faster or have greater stamina or fitness but in reality they ought to lack experience too. So, why not keep a player to an older age? Because this game is a money-making pit that's why. It's designed to make us constantly have to either train up young players or by new younger ones, that's how the game is designed. I wish I had the resources and finances to make a new game similar to this one but mine would be fairer, less expensive and more realistic. Unfortunately, I cannot, I have a lot of great ideas but that's not enough.
