Friend requests in Associations

How stupid is it that you can not friend an association manager in your association?
You can friend a total unknown in transfer market, you can friend a total unknown in another league but you can not friend a member of your own association.

Currently you have to be friends on Facebook before you can friend them.
A lot of managers are not too keen on Facebook.

Please it makes sense to be able to friend managers in your association regardless of what server they are on.

Association managers are the most likely to support you in matches, but can not if not friends.

So either have a friend request available for those in your association or make it automatic that managers in same association go on friend list.
