Restrict the Association only teams not below 3 stars. (this means not only the inability to enter the Association but also the impossibility of the Association tournament games). This is one of the solutions to the problem of manipulations with rating in associations.

I wonder how they can do that
It's been a year now that they cannot make equal pairs is asso draw (the program is reading the current squad quality during the draw).
