Do groups of 4 as always, 1st week 2 finalists, go to next round in week 2
Same week 2, same week 3, where we have 2 + 2 finalists Fighting for the Season FA Finale.
Those who don't go throught next round just are mixed randomly with others who did not reach a finale.

8 Tournaments of FA in 1st week = 32 associations needed per season.... then we convert the Top 100 in a system of divisions and all can look more nice....
Of 32 assos, 50% based on similar Avq and 50% based on raking position inside a big league of 100 assos.... ¿?
