I don't know why you haven't provider but It's easier and cheaper to buy with paypal or with a google prepaid card.

by phone you can also pay pal, through the search engine, enter the computer versio

UK sells Google Play gift cards. Better and easier solution. Same for Germany.
I can approve that for both countries, since I've bought, when I was in UK & Germany.
If Im not mistaken, you can buy it from TESCO.

there are more shops with google pay card (super markets + electronics stores).
The thing is that lately I can see only expensive ones (with 25-50 euro) when before a couple of years there were cheaper, with 10-15 euro.
