decrease the amount of tokens required for using personal trainer

99% if not 100% of managers don't use the personal trainer because it's very expensive ...


Since the negotiations are closed for 3 weeks every season, why don't you make this option ( personal trainer ) a popular choice by

making the cost of improving gradual


as example

Improving the first 20 % ( one star ) cost = 25 tokens
improving the second 20 % ( 2nd star ) cost = 50 tokens
improving the third 20 % ( 3rd star) cost = 100 tokens
improving the fourth 40 % ( 4th star ) cost = 200 tokens

of course this is an example and devs can take the idea and change the amount of tokens a little bit higher ... but the whole idea is to make the personal trainer a popular choice - something that managers use and not to keep it as luxury or a dream !!!
