Morale boost should be superb upon signing new contract

As the title states. How can a player sign a new contract for millions and still have low morale? I think it would make total sense for moral to be superb on signing a new contract.

Plus. It'll likely increase the likelihood that players will spend big bucks to re-sign players before a big game just to boost morale. Cash will actually be a factor again. This will also increase the likelihood that players might actually fork over REAL money to get top11 cash. Just food for thought.
