Instill pre set in game tactics in case you're busy irl and can't tend to the match

I think it's ludicrous how you could have a stacked team and still lose if you aren't watching the match. Watching the match clearly increases your odds of winning but is it necessary?

I think that if you can't attend a match. You should be able to have pre set in game tactics so that way during the match they will automatically kick in whether you watch the match or not.

You are one of the very few people who think so. But yeah i agree, it helps most of the time. And yes, attending matches inspires your players to up their performance to impress their manager. There should definitely be an advantage for managers attending their matches
