And link It with the "manager level", but in a different way.

So, give 6 Spots, to Win a Manager Level, but, not always a club level.

So, lets suppose we have a top Server with 2 leagues, so, 6+6teams, win a Manager Level, but, as there arent 14 managers of +1 level, this is repeated.
This could contain the top severs, from lower levels than now.

Too could be set a min of 2 leagues un the top, so...

But then we would need more dynamical teams... Cuz ppl could be stuck with 9*s easy.. still im not sure of the differances vs now really...
