bidding player issue

Hello, Nordeus. I have played top eleven since 2013, and of course there have been many changes in this game, including in terms of player auctions. but I found something strange in the player auction rules. For example, if I want to bid on players in an auction, then I am very ambitious to buy. Sometimes I like to open profiles of other managers who also want these players to be on their team. And guess what? The level manager is far below me, or far above me. I feel strange, if there are players with appropriate star quality compared to our level manager, but it is offered by managers whose levels are far different from ours.
