I don't think he is overpriced. In the past you could see offers like this but for 27yo players .
He is over-overpriced.
609 tokens are about 750 restpacks.Buy a fast trainer and train him with 750 restpacks
and you will see the difference.
iirc trainer is buyed with tokens, tried once, it was too expensive
