Transfer Negotiation

The transfer negotiations should be open during 1st week of the season or at least for 5 days. It makes no sense when its opened at last week of the season. The players quality degrades and it makes no meaning to sign them at the end of the season and use them for next season with the less quality. So I think it should change asap 😒

So it would be reverted to the original state because we usually bid in the first week. But yeah i think too that it should change but you should wait a bit till they screw up with the new ****ty heroic game.
