this might include the sounds of the fans and the music of the champions league before each game?

I would imagine Nordeus would have to pay fees to use the CL music

Well I think is better to play without music, if you really want some music use youtube or something like that.

We can actually choose our own, as I did that when my team winning the league...

When playing on a PC, turn on your windows media player.

But please......don't integrate music haha
