We need to feel the On Fire effect more clearly and this can only be done by assigning a direct SA like for example a x2 XP gaining... or a Philical/performance based SA , which means that the effect need to influence in the Creativity skill in order to make the player more determinant/available for a match scenario.
So yeah, On Fire should be a perceptible and identifiable SA by itself.
