Why not a tournament with the youth team? I mean there could be 15 young players and at the end of the tournament you can choose 1,2,3 or 4 young players for the team. And the winner of the tournament gets one special player as a present.
That would be amazing!!

I like your idea but how about making it by lettingu have like 15 players age 15 to 18 so u have to train them and sign then over time have a youth league then a cup tournament at the end right before signing so u can see what ur getting. From postions skills stats practice them and the whole deal like controlling a new team more of a challenge. Have them start out low stars and work them up
