Actually when promoting with 100%+AvQ we are placed with +1 level oppos but thats the Max. adjustmant regarding avq...
We need those who finishe the season with 120%+ to play vs +2 levels and those who are 140%+ to face +3 level oppos....
No need for more levels really, 3 is way enough as a 180 would be 120% for +3 level teams what is reachable.
