New regulation in association

If a team doesn’t reach new level for 3 seasons, it couldn’t play in association. This because stars could be very high and it is not fair for the others association.
Other way is to apply a decreasing of half star if the team doesn’t reach 8th place.

I’ve played against a team with 5 ninestars players, and this team previous season doesn’t reach 8th place.. so the stars befane higher season to season. is it clear now?

I’m suggesting to avoid this kind of situation, for example, if a team doesn’t reach 8th place, next season if want play association tournament, it has to pay a fee of 10 token for each 9* player and 6 token for each 8* player and 2 token for each 7* player, only for platinum and gold 1
