better simulation of real football

2 suggestions:
1) give us the option to compete in leagues where owners pay so many tokens per season but with no use of tokens for buying health packs or to obtain players. Players bought using game money only---- no tokens. tokens could still be used for kits etc and to speed up construction. If someone wants to return to the token leagues they reenter at a level where their average player is average for league entered.
2) option to have a highest level group of leagues. I would like to see players have some absolute value and not just relative to ever higher highest level as now would like to develope more stability of team. players will age and need to be replaced but not every few seasons unless you want to.
these two measures woud imo greatly increase the simulation of real football management. you need to determine the cost per season for teams who want to compete in this system. I would greatly prefer such a system.
